All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For handcrafted items, please note that each piece is made to order and may require additional processing time. You will be notified if there are any delays in processing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after your order has been processed, please contact our customer service team.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Local Udyog is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
Local Udyog is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we understand that issues can arise during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
