Return Policy Overview

At Local Udyog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines how you can return products purchased from our website.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of used items within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, if possible
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (such as food items)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, once unsealed
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. 3Find the order containing the item you wish to return
  4. 4Click on "Return Item" and follow the instructions
  5. 5Print the return shipping label (if provided)
  6. 6Package the item securely with all included accessories and documentation
  7. 7Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. In case of defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. This ensures that you can track your return and provides protection in case the package is lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • For credit/debit card payments: Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
  • For digital wallet payments: Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed as store credit or to your bank account (if bank details are provided).

The refund amount will include the price of the product and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing of your exchange.
