You may cancel your order without any penalty within the following timeframes:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or follow our return policy.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and send you a confirmation email. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will notify you that the cancellation cannot be processed.
If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a refund according to the following guidelines:
For standard products, there are no cancellation fees if the order is canceled within the specified timeframe.
For custom or made-to-order products where production has begun, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value may apply to cover the costs already incurred in the production process.

During special sales or promotional events, different cancellation terms may apply. These terms will be communicated during the checkout process.
