Order Cancellation

At Local Udyog, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. We have established the following cancellation policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.

Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order without any penalty within the following timeframes:

• •For standard products: Within 24 hours of placing the order
• •For custom or made-to-order products: Within 12 hours of placing the order, and only if production has not begun

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or follow our return policy.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

2. 2Go to "My Orders" section
3. 3Find the order you wish to cancel
4. 4Click on the "Cancel Order" button
5. 5Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu
6. 6Submit your cancellation request

Alternatively, you can email us at orders@localudyog.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellation Confirmation

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and send you a confirmation email. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will notify you that the cancellation cannot be processed.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a refund according to the following guidelines:

• •For orders paid by credit/debit card: Refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours, and the amount will be credited back to your card within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
• •For orders paid through digital wallets: Refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
• •For orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is necessary as no payment has been made.

Cancellation Fees

For standard products, there are no cancellation fees if the order is canceled within the specified timeframe.

For custom or made-to-order products where production has begun, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value may apply to cover the costs already incurred in the production process.

Exceptions

Certain products may have specific cancellation policies, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Please review this information before placing your order.

During special sales or promotional events, different cancellation terms may apply. These terms will be communicated during the checkout process.
